LED outdoor display screens often face various challenges during use, not only conventional screen quality issues, but more importantly, numerous adverse weather conditions such as high temperatures, cold waves, strong winds, and rain. If we don't prepare well in these aspects, the safety display of outdoor screens will be impossible to talk about. So how to prevent the safety of LED outdoor displays? The editor has identified the following aspects.
Apply sealant to the back panel
Many LED screen manufacturers, in order to save time and effort, do not add backboards or apply sealant to the backboards when installing outdoor display screens. Although this can reduce a lot of process procedures and improve efficiency, electronic components will inevitably get flooded over time, and over time, the display screen is prone to safety hazards. We all know that electronic components are most afraid of water. Once water enters the circuit of the display screen box, it will inevitably cause the circuit to burn out. Therefore, we cannot ignore this situation and must solve it as soon as possible.
Leakage outlet
If the LED electronic full-color display screen is tightly integrated with the backboard, then a leak hole must be installed below. The leak hole is used for water leakage, which can have a good effect in the rainy season. No matter how tightly the front and back of the display screen are combined, after years of harsh rainy weather, there will inevitably be water accumulation inside. If there is no leakage hole below, the more water accumulated, the more likely it is to cause circuit short circuits and other conditions. If a leakage hole is drilled, the water can be discharged, which can better extend the service life of outdoor screens.
Suitable route
When installing the plug and wiring of LED electronic display screens, it is necessary to choose appropriate wires and follow the principle of prioritizing large over small, that is, calculate the total wattage of the LED display screen and choose slightly larger wires. It is best not to use wires that are just right or too small, as this can easily cause the circuit to burn out and affect the safe operation of the LED display screen. Don't choose wires that are just right based on your budget. In case the voltage and power increase, it is easy to cause a short circuit, which can lead to the occurrence of adverse hazards.
