As is well known, LED displays may not achieve ideal energy efficiency due to their high brightness, but this does not necessarily mean that they must be high energy consuming products. 01 Choose environmentally friendly materials
LED display screens made of environmentally friendly materials, processed through special processing techniques, can achieve the goal of waterproof, dustproof, and UV protection without the need for glue. Products produced by conventional processes have fewer consumables and are more environmentally friendly.
02 Constant current noise reduction technology
The LED display screen driver chip adopts an internationally advanced LED display screen specific chip system, which is the leading manufacturer in the field of full-color LED displays. Based on the characteristics of its chip, a constant current noise reduction technology has been developed to ensure that the impact of other noise sources such as power supply on LED electronic displays is reduced to an extremely low level. Some driver ICs can also save energy from the original 5V voltage to 4.2V, achieving energy-saving functions.
03 Adopting an automatic brightness adjustment system
A slight change in the brightness of the display screen can have a significant effect in different locations and time periods, depending on the day and night. 05 Power supply
The implementation of LED energy-saving display screens mainly starts from the power supply. Half bridge or full bridge high-efficiency switching power supply is directly used on existing LED display screens, and synchronous rectification has a significant energy-saving effect. Minimize the power supply voltage as much as possible while driving the IC in a constant current state, and achieve better energy-saving effects by separately supplying power to each red, green, and blue chip.
